Full Government Control of Any and All Computers!

This project aims to be able to control every computer "fixed" or "mobile", regardless of OS or platform. The original idea is to be able to create a massive aggressive intrusive botnet to aggressively use against our enemies. Sounds good right? Well, since it will be completely stealth, how long do you think it would take for the government, with a program like this in place, to use it on us? Yeah, this is giving our military a whole lot of power they just shouldn't have.
