Priest Marching Orders: Recruit from Troops

I don't want to rail on this too much. But lets just say that converting from a group returning from a traumatic event is just evil. People are more susceptible to BS when they have been through a horrible ordeal, like war and a death of a loved one. To take advantage of that is just disgusting.
