Not sure how I feel about this. I mean, I agree that pastors and churches should stay away from endorsing and preaching for a candidate. The problem is that republican pastors and hyper conservative churches don't stay away from it. They seethe in it, relish it, and push and push and preach for their candidates, many times allowing them to speak at the church. Yes, I know technically that is probably illegal, but which candidate is going to piss off the radical right wing nuts and contest that?
