Encouraging college students to volunteer in the community is a good idea. Give them some economic incentive to help in their communities, it will be beneficial to them and to the community. Great idea!

This is an excellent program. I am glad to see Obama making an effort to help out college students with their huge financial burden. I am a college student myself, and have had to get by on student loans and working full-time. Anything to help lift the financial burden will help.
